It is quantified by how enjoyable the platform is based on characteristics such as ease of use, mini-games, graphics, and storyline.

Nobody enjoys overly complicated games, they cause frustration, drive down play time, and user retention.

User Experience is obviously important since users are the consumers of a platform and their time and investment in a platform equates to its success.

User experience is simply how much fun it is for users to be on a platform.

Think of it like a grocery store. If everything is well-organized and easy to navigate, you’ll return to the store.
