This week we saw a 1 point increase in the liveliness.
The most significant changes in the elements of the index were in trends (16.1% increase) and metaverse-related tokens (9.9% decrease).
The token index and metaverse ETFs saw modest increases of 7.6 and 2.7% respectively.


This week we are touching on Consumer Experience.
This is the combined cognitive, affective, sensory, and behavioral experiences a consumer has during all stages of the purchasing process.
A study found that companies with initiatives to improve consumer experience also see employee engagement increase by 20%.
The metaverse and immersive tech can drive consumers to purchase more through enhanced shopping experiences for products in all markets.
Immersive experiences can deliver consumers highly personalized products, answer their questions, and allow companies to use data analytics to continuously better offerings.


The Future of Consumer Experiences
Immersive technology covers a wide array of devices and capabilities each at its own stage of maturity.
We aren’t talking about your average virtual shopping experience. We can see new ways of redecorating your home, driving vehicles, and showcasing brand loyalty.
Fiat & BMW have both launched metaverse experiences where customers can learn about vehicles & get questions answered in an innovative environment.
IKEA has launched their “Place” app to allow consumers to virtually drop a new piece of furniture into their home via AR on their handheld device.

These initiatives show massive efforts to drive virtual shopping experiences and give customers 24/7 access to products and assistance.
Forbes found companies engaging in digital transformation are 26% more profitable and 69% of US customers shop more with brands offering consistent online experiences.
Aside from these statistics we can see other ways AI and Immersive tech boost consumers’ journey.
Finally, Metaverse eCommerce markets are expected to have 1,293m users by 2030.
In the future it will be more than having your avatar try on clothes. We can expect to see massive transformation in all purchases we make.

The numbers are shocking, even more shocking are what it offers.




When you hear that the metaverse has the potential to revolutionize every industry, know that it’s true!
Take real estate, beyond the properties within it, real-world properties can find their place as well.
Through the creation of a digital twin (a virtual replica of the space) real estate agents can show clients how the space looks and feels in VR and provide a fully immersive digital walkthrough.
In addition, different styles of decoration and personalization can be made to allow the client to find what they like best.
Notable projects in this space so far include Matterport and TMRW for creating digital twins of properties or virtual tours.
